Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment status.

We do not currently offer International shipping; however our team are working on this for the near future!

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging. For more details, see our [Return Policy].

We’re sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
